The best of the lot by far. 
I upgraded the MCSA by passing the following exams:
70-643 - WinServ2008 Applications Infrastructure, Configuring
70-648 - Upgrade from WinServ2003 MCSA to WinServ2008
70-647 - PRO:WinServ2008 Enterprise Administrator
The hardest by far was the 70-647, if you're ever taking this be prepared for the very tight time requirements to complete the exam.
